Stop the Money Pipeline recognizes two important truths. One, that BIPOC-led organizations representing communities on the frontlines of racial, social, and environmental justice have been historically underfunded. Secondly, grassroots organizations doing vital place-based, volunteer-driven, movement building work also often struggle to access funding for their work. With this in mind, Stop the Money Pipeline has committed to regranting at least one-third of our budget each year to BIPOC-led groups and grassroots organizations. To support us in this work, we run two annual regranting programs.

BIPOC and Frontline Fund: The BIPOC and Frontline Fund is open to any BIPOC- or frontline-led organization that is working toward racial, social, environmental or climate justice. In 2023, we regranted $173,000 to twenty organizations as part of this effort. To receive updates about when the 2024 BIPOC and Frontline Fund will open, please email us at info@stopthemoneypipeline.com

Grassroots Action Fund: The Grassroots Action Fund is open to all Stop the Money Pipeline coalition partners. This fund supports Stop the Money Pipeline’s grassroots partners in participating in strategic campaigning to push banks, insurers, and investors to stop financing fossil fuels. In 2023, Stop the Money Pipeline regranted $189,000 to nineteen organizations. To receive updates about when the 2024 Grassroots Action Fund will open, please join the coalition.
